Policy for General Acceptable Use

This AUP governs the use of Cloudware's hosting service, including Servers, Storage, Backup, and Network Security. If you violate this AUP, your service may be suspended or terminated. If you and Cloudware disagree on how to interpret this AUP, Cloudware's interpretation—based on its reasonable business judgment—will take precedence.

The full Acceptable User Policy ("AUP") between Cloudware and the individual or business account holder is as follows. Cloudware offers virtual server services and managed Bare Metal Server Hosting . Cloudware's usage of its servers and other equipment in the provision of these services entails specific ethical and legal obligations. The general policy of Cloudware is to serve as an Internet presence provider. If Cloudware determines that a customer's account has been used improperly, we retain the right to suspend or terminate their access to any or all of our services.

Appropriate Use: What Is It?

The Cloudwar solution was created especially to meet the Bare Metal Server and Virtual Server Hosting requirements of small, independently run businesses and organizations worldwide. Our packages aren't really meant to handle enterprise-level or large company requirements because you will be hosting your website on our servers alongside a number of other clients in a virtual community. We advise investing in a dedicated server, cloud, or virtual private server solution at the very least for that.

Since Cloudware Hosting is a dedicated  Bare Metal Server & virtual Hosting service, several clients' websites are eventually housed on the same server environment. An individual customer's website usage cannot negatively impact the operation of other customers' sites in order to guarantee that our hosting is top-notch, dependable, and accessible to all customers within that server community. We keep an eye on our servers all day, every day, and no customer can ever negatively impact a server's performance. In the event that this occurs, we shall take proactive steps to safeguard the community as a whole.

Finally, the purpose of our bare metal server hosting and virtual machine hosting service is to host enterprise applications and backup user data. Our servers are exclusively used for Bare Metal Server Hosting.

Unsuitable Content

Any content that Cloudware reasonably thinks to be offensive may not be published or sent through Cloudware's service.

constitutes child pornography; constitutes pornography; is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech; is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction, including chain letters and pyramid schemes; is defamatory or violates a person's privacy; creates a risk to a person's safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement; improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person; is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections; clearly infringes on another person's trade or service mark, patent, or other property right; promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking; is otherwise illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to Cloudware; is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against Cloudware by offended viewers;
Cloudware does not accept content like

Proxy, Warez, Escrow, Multi-level marketing (MLM), High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP), gaming servers and software, illicit gambling, and lottery websites.

Any of the aforementioned reasons may cause Cloudware to stop service, and Cloudware retains the final say over whether to provide a refund.

Safety

Reasonable security measures must be taken. You should update your password regularly and safeguard its confidentiality.

Copyright-Protected Content

No software, artwork, music, or other work protected by copyright law may be published, distributed, or otherwise copied in any way unless:

The owner of the work's copyright has specifically given you permission to copy it in that way.
Otherwise, copying the work in that way is allowed by established U.S. copyright law.
Repeated copyright violators will have their service terminated by Cloudware.

Other
For any domain hosted on the Cloudware network, you must have up-to-date, accurate information on file with your domain name registrar.

By this AUP, Cloudware does not assume any liability for any misuse of the Cloudware network and is not obligated to monitor or control the activity of our clients.

Abuse on the Internet
unauthorized use or access to data, systems, or networks, including any attempt to test, probe, or scan for vulnerabilities in a system or network or to circumvent security or authentication measures (including those of Cloudware and its clients) without the owner's express consent; monitoring data or traffic on any network or system without the owner's consent;
disruption of service to any user, host, or network, including but not limited to flooding, mail bombing, intentional system overloading, and broadcast attacks;
Use of a computer or Internet account without permission, including but not limited to port scanning, password robbery, Internet scanning (which involves tricking others into disclosing their passwords), and security hole scanning; forging any TCP-IP packet header or any portion of the header information in an email or newsgroup post; or
Any behavior that could lead to reprisals against the Cloudware network.
usage of Cloudware's network that unjustly impedes the use of the network by other Cloudware customers.
Chat rooms, newsgroups, and other networks
Any bulletin board, chat group, or other forum in which you participate, such as USENET and IRC groups, has rules and norms for postings that you must follow, including those pertaining to content and commercial postings. Mass postings to several boards or off-topic commercial messages are typically prohibited by these groups.
